Service description
ayeknow provides AI-assisted credibility scoring for user-submitted content. Scores are informational and not legal or journalistic conclusions. ayeknow is a tool to support critical thinking, not replace it.
Acceptable use
You may not use ayeknow to harass individuals, circumvent rate limits, scrape data in bulk without an API plan, or submit content that violates applicable law. Automated abuse of the free tier will result in account termination.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused billing periods if requested within 7 days of a charge.
Intellectual property
The ayeknow scoring algorithm is patent pending. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process submitted content for the purpose of generating analysis results.
Disclaimer
ayeknow scores are probabilistic estimates, not guaranteed facts. We make no warranties about the accuracy of individual verdicts. Do not rely solely on ayeknow for high-stakes decisions.
Limitation of liability
ayeknow is not liable for decisions made based on its output. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
